How to use it
Set up, in this order
Nothing populates until these four steps are done, in sequence. Skipping step 2 leaves every experience-level page empty.
Settings, then Brand profile. Brand name is required.
- Fill Industry with several relevant words, not one. Write “Fashion apparel beauty retail streetwear” rather than “Fashion”. This field drives the Integration Planner, so a thin entry produces thin results.
- Optionally upload a logo (PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, under 4 MB). It sets your spotlight colour automatically.
2. Register each experience
- Settings, then Experiences, then
Add experience. - Enter the name, paste your Roblox Place ID, and click
Resolveto confirm it. - Set ownership. Owned if you control the Roblox place, Sponsored for a co-marketed tie-in.
- Click
Create experience.
3. Keywords and the SDK
- Add keywords per platform: YouTube, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitch, and Press/News.
- Include the leading
#for Instagram and TikTok hashtags. - Use Negative keywords to filter out false positives.
- Click
Save keywords.
For Owned experiences only. Click Generate SDK key, then hand the key and the Roblox Lua snippet to your development team.
4. Create a campaign
Optional, but required for measurement and comparison.
- Go to Directory, then the Brands tab, and click
New activation. - Fill in title, brand, platform, start date and end date.
- Leave the Attach my registered experiences checkbox ticked so your experiences link to the campaign automatically.
Overview
Your daily view. Set the period with the 7D / 14D / 30D / 90D selector at the top. The default is 14D.
Five headline cards run across the top. Hover the small ? on any card for a plain-language definition of what it measures.
- Time Spent with Brand and Engagements need the SDK installed.
- Earned Media Value, Total Views and Engagements need keywords set.
- Spend Equivalent stays at zero until a campaign carries an actual cost figure.
On the eMV and Views charts, Compare channels is on by default and splits the total into YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X. Turn it off for a clean total line.
Your experience tabs
No controls. View full report opens the Audience tab, View full content opens Earned Media.
Set the range with 7d / 30d / 90d / All. Events (on by default) draws markers where your activations ran. Benchmarking (off by default) adds a typical-range band, and needs at least four data points to draw. Every chart has a … menu with Area chart, Line chart and Export CSV.
Set the window with 7d / 30d / 90d. Click any row to drill into that country. The top market opens automatically on first load, which is intended. Greyed-out figures mean not yet measured, not zero.
Both are read-only. Events shows the player lift each in-experience moment produced; rows marked lift pending are still computing.
Market Intelligence
Three tabs: Overview, Insights & Reports, and Leaderboards.
- Overview shows platform-wide concurrency with a
7d / 14d / 30dtoggle, plus four game lists. Click a game row to open its intelligence page. - Insights & Reports has no filters. Drag the two horizontal rails to scroll. On news cards, only the headline is a link.
- Leaderboards has a search box and a filter rail: Rank by, Status, Category and Platform. Choosing a change-based rank reveals
24h / 7d / 30dbuttons.
Competitor Intelligence
- Pick a mode: My Portfolio, Industry, or Competitors.
- Pick your subject under Your activation. Only Live and Ended campaigns can be selected.
- In Competitors mode, pick up to eight competitor chips.
Results render automatically, there is no Run button. You get lifetime visits, current concurrent players, average playtime, and favorites. Portfolio mode needs two or more campaigns to produce comparison rows.
Directory
Four tabs. You can link straight to one with a URL such as ?tab=games.
- Brands is your activation timeline. Filter by status and platform, drag to pan, click your own campaign bars to edit. Industry reference rows are read-only.
Export CSVexports whatever is currently filtered. - Developers: search, sort, and filter by type, genre and reach.
Contactopens their Roblox page. - Games: search, sort, and click any row to open that game's intelligence page.
- Influencers: search and sort, twenty per page. Stat labels adapt per platform.
All excludes archived campaigns. Archived work looks deleted until you select Archived explicitly.Integration Planner
Results split into two groups:
- Top related to your brand: your keywords overlap the game's genre or title.
- Top games by reach: no keyword overlap, ranked by audience size alone.
If everything lands in the second group, your Industry field is too narrow. Each card shows a relevance chip, a Why surfaced row listing the exact keywords that matched, and three measured stats. Click View on Roblox to find studio contact details. There are no filters: your only lever is the Industry field.
Virtual Item Planner
No setup needed and nothing to configure. It always shows the top items by demand over a rolling 30-day window.
Read it in this order:
- Demand (30D) tells you whether appetite is rising or cooling.
- Top 3 share tells you what kind of category you are entering. High means winner-take-all and a new drop fights for scraps. Low means demand is spread and there is room to land.
- Median price is your pricing anchor.
- Demand by type shows which item categories are pulling attention.
Hover the ? on any card for its definition. Click any item to open its detail page.
Pre-Launch Predictor
- Set Genre / format. Map your activation onto the closest Roblox genre: a concert is Entertainment, a dress-up world is Roleplay & Avatar Sim, a tycoon is Simulation.
- Set Primary platform.
- Drag Total budget and Run time to your plan.
- Click
Run forecast, then read the model chip and the Why this number panel, which states how many campaigns the forecast rests on.
Drop Calendar
One timeline for everything dated.
Your team's activation launches, updates and milestones. Add competitor and platform events yourself to see what else is crowding your window.
Click Add event, then set a date, title, type and optional note.
Estimated Media Value
Three cards cover total, earned media, and in-game value on a 30-day window. Click any experience under By experience for its full breakdown.
On the breakdown page, switch periods with 24h / 7d / 30d. These are separately stored figures rather than a re-slice, so 30d may have data while 24h is still empty. You will see MCE, the marketing view, and DBI, the business-impact view, plus a 95% confidence interval.
Brand Lift
BrandLift.start() on the server. The control group needs no extra code.- Click
+ New studyand pick the Experience. - Enter the Brand zone name exactly as set in Studio. This field is not validated, so a typo produces a study that silently never fires.
- Edit the Question if you want, set the re-ask cooldown, and set Audience. Keep purchase-intent questions to ages 13 and up.
- Click
Create study. It is created as a draft and collects nothing yet. - Click
Startwhen your activation goes live.
Reading a lift result
Players who enter the brand zone form the exposed group. Players who have not entered a zone within sixty seconds of joining are surveyed automatically as the control group. One response per player, and the first answer counts.
A lift figure appears once both groups have answered. Then check the chip:
- Statistically confirmed means the lift cleared significance testing.
- Early read, keep collecting means the number is real arithmetic but not yet distinguishable from noise.
Conclude is one click, has no confirmation, and cannot be reversed from the workspace. Only conclude a study when you are finished with it.Dashboards
- Click a preset (
Weekly Brand Briefcovers 7 days,Monthly Performance30 days,Quarterly Review90 days), orGenerate reportfor a custom range. - The report appears in the library immediately with status
draft. - Wait a few seconds, then reload the page.
- Click the download icon. The report opens in a new tab, and you can print to PDF from there.
- Click the share icon to add recipients.
